I just happened to remember that I have a blog!!! Sorry for the lack of participation on my part. I am going to do better....hopefully!

After Colby died, life got busy and yet not much happened. Except, Yes, we are having another bambino! We didnt find out the sex of this one either and a lot of people are very irritated with us. That's what really makes us sure its a good idea. Baby is due 12/9/11. Wish us luck!
My Brady is a genius, or so I thought. Saturday he was running around Grandma Florence's house talking about an onomatopoeia! I was so excited because when I asked him what he was talking about he repeated onomatopoeia! But much to my chagrin, when I asked him what that meant he told me "I'm a gonna pee on it!" So much for my little genius. Good thing he has good hand eye coordination and could be really good at sports! :)
Our first soccer game of the season!

These two pictures were taken in the same backyard two days apart! Our neighbor, Kezlie, really likes swinging at our house.

So excited to dye Easter Eggs!
I just pulled out the patio furniture and this shows up. Some April Fools joke!

Brandon took the Scouts on an overnight camp to Antelope Island.

Jake lost his first tooth! Then 6 hours later he lost his second tooth. I hear its pretty rare for a kid to loose 2 teeth on the same day of natural causes. (We forgot to take a picture of the second one for a couple of days.)

These boys are soooo tired of being cooped up inside. They couldn't wait for the snow to melt to play in the sandbox and use their sidewalk chalk.

Brady put together this outfit all by himself.
Gotta love the views from my backyard :)

Happy Birthday Christine!!! (Melissa made the gourmet cake.)

Brandon had to help us build our 8 foot tall snowman, who died within 2 days because it got so warm.

We got a big snowstorm on the 31st of January so we decided to go sledding in our backyard. Even Melissa and Christine joined in the fun.

Mom painted her toes a cute pink and Brady wanted to match. Jake wanted a picture taken to prove that he did NOT get his toes painted pink.

Jake took his mom on a date to a square dancing party. He had a lot of fun, until they started square dancing. Mom had to dance with one of her Cub scouts instead. Afterwards, Jake said "That was stupid!" I guess no more dancing dates for us.

This is Mrs. Rasmussen, Jake's 1st kindergarten teacher. She moved to Colorado about a month after this picture was taken. Jake had a really hard time saying goodbye. His new teacher is nice, but she's no Mrs. Rasmussen. This picture was taken on the day that Jake was the StarStudent, which is a spotlight day.

Brady, however is, as always a cheeser.

Jake gets his photogenic nature from his mom. We were just trying to catch him smiling for the camera, no funny faces were planned in the making of this photo.
Giving brothers bunny ears.

FINALLY! Mom said I could open a present.

Crap, Just new pajamas.
But pretty cool ones.

Jake had a really hard time with the fact that it was Christmas Eve and I wouldnt let him open his presents. His patience was tested to the max!

Decorating cookies for Santa. Sure am glad that he has to eat them and not me :)

Brady was asleep in my bed this morning. I was in my adjoining bathroom when I heard "Santa Claus is coming to town". I chuckled and came in to tell him what a good job singing he did and found him like this. Im not sure whos side of the family talking in your sleep is from, but he was sleeping on Brandons side...
